I was thinking about a macro lens next, perhaps something along the lines of the 60mm f/2.8 USM. Or should I go for wide-angle?

I personally think I'd like the macro more... I like getting close to the subject and giving a different perspective on it... I don't know how often I would use the wide angle though.

Its great but limited in a way, macro would be great I'd like to get into macro shots and lightbox work etc

i think its the town hall shopping centre(?, not sure of real name) in nottingham...

if it is, very expensive shops. don't travel to nottingham too often so not sure of the real name of the place.

Yes England :p Place called Nottingham and within the centre there's a place called the Exchange Arcade (in the picture), it's an upmarket shopping mall that maintains a boutiquey feel, targeted at women mainly, but its very tiny. It's pretty much what you can see in that photo. The building is lovely though.

We have something just like that in Brisbane city mall I might try getting some good shots some time guess you where hand held for this one sax ?
