According to PWInsider.com, Ring of Honor stars Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis finished up with the company at last night’s TV tapings in Philadelphia. The report notes that the real life couple could not agree to a new deal with ROH.

The departure of Kanellis and Bennett did not come as surprise to many in ROH, as the feeling for awhile now was that the two would be leaving the company. Their departure likely means they are finished with New Japan as well.

Regarding their futures, Kanellis and Bennett were reportedly telling people that they will be starting with TNA in January.

In related news, Bennett’s tag team partner, Matt Taven, is signed with ROH through March of 2016.

After a great RAW last week, last night was back to the same old BS. Stephanie screaming and Roman smiling like a dumbass. :x

In one of the last segments we see some great work place violence as Steph beats down Tom Phillips.

In the spirit of holiday giving, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) announced today that the monthly subscription price of its WWE Network has been temporarily dropped to a mere $9.98.

“Ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas, WWE Universe!” chortled company Chairman Vince McMahon in a Christmas-themed video message. “You’re welcome!”

Although the announcement ruffled the feathers of some WWE shareholders, who worried about a dip in profits due to the deep discount, McMahon insisted that “spreading a little Christmas joy” is far more important than money.

McMahon’s yuletide generosity didn’t end there; he announced he would personally support a local homeless shelter by donating 800 unworn XFL jerseys.

According to a press release, the holiday discount on the WWE Network will last until December 26, at which point the price will be jacked up to $17.99.

It's called a rigged vote boys and girls. One was out with a knee injure and the other rode the smackdown & superstars announce desk all summer long. How the hell does that equal tag team of the year??

Apparently it was all legitimate...

According to The Wrestling Observer, voting for the year’s WWE Slammy Awards was entirely legit, and while there is speculation every year as to the validity of the voting, the fans indeed chose the winners this year.

One of the biggest complaints from fans regarding the Slammys this year is the lack of top stars appearing on Raw who won awards. Names like The Rock, John Cena, Brock Lesnar, Sting, The Undertaker and Ronda Rousey were all Slammy winners but did not appear on Raw to claim their award.

An issue with the way voting works is that WWE is unaware who will win the Slammy Award until voting closes, and in most cases that does not leave the company enough time to bring the winners into Raw. The bigger issue, however, is that when top names do not show up to claim their awards, it gives fans the impression that the Slammys are not important enough for the top stars to appear on Raw.

To solve the above issues, two changes were proposed following the Slammys this year, and one is to close the voting one week ahead of time so WWE has time to contact and bring in any top stars who win awards. The second idea is to hold the Slammys around WrestleMania time when many top stars will be in town anyways, but because that is such a busy time of year, having the Slammys on the post-Mania edition of Raw would be changing one of the biggest events of the year.

Microsoft recently released SSMS version 22, and in the past few months, it has been steadily releasing point upgrades to refine the integrated development environment (IDE). Now, it has released SSMS version 22.7.0 with a bunch of new features and interfaces. For starters, SSMS 22.7 has netted a native "What's New" page, which highlights the top features and bug fixes present in the latest release. However, Microsoft says that this page won't annoy you much as it will only show up each time you update SSMS, and once you dismiss it, it won't be shown again to you until the next release. Secondly, Microsoft has finally introduced T-SQL formatting inside SSMS. The good thing about this is that it does not require installing any additional components, as it is built into the native experience. All you have to do is right-click the query editor window and select Format SQL from the context menu. Additionally, you also have several customization options at your disposal, such as the ability to automatically place semicolons at the end of a statement, split clauses across multiple lines, and more. However, this capability is only in preview for now. Additionally, Microsoft has introduced a preview of Agent Mode, which allows the AI model to automatically perform complex workflows on your behalf. Furthermore, Agent Mode will operate in read-only mode by default, so that you don't have to worry about the AI model accidentally deleting your data. On a related note, Microsoft is finally allowing users to configure the execution context of GitHub Copilot. This can be controlled per database using the CONSTITUTION.md file, where you specify the user details for the agentic executor. You can find details about this and additional bugfixes in Microsoft's blog post here.
    • I only use 3 extensions in Zen. I don't need or want a ton of stuff in my browser i don't use.
    • I prefer to choose my own ad bockers, not what the browser seems to think I need. i remember the days when a browser was just that, now they try and be everything and add stuff in that not all of us want. I bet Brave is full of AI rubbish? I will stick with Zen, not perfect, but better than others.
