Damn being in China! Slow internet, time difference! i guess i will watch a movie and stay up tonight. Why have i never noticed you around here Cara till maybe 2 months ago... :blush:

Sadly I had to take some time off due to personal issues. Good to be back home at Neowin though. ;)

Ahhh . . . fonds memories of WWDC last year and the Leopard Build (9a466??) we tried to get our hands on over at InsanelyMac. We did, too. Ran that puppy right up until I purchased Leo the night it hit the shelves.

So I believe "Snow Leopard" is next . . . seems to be just a rumoured name, but sounds kinda cool.

i will stake 100 Neopounds that we just see an update to the iphone and the mac mini. we should have learnt are lesson about hype over the past year or two

Why would that make WWDC '08 a "Landmark Event" though. :huh:

Well, maybe Apple needed to sound like they were going to one up the iPhone presentation from last year.

Honestly, I don't know how Apple could get any bigger or famous after the iPhone. It's like, now it's just downhill from here. That's what I thought when they released the iPhone in July.

Can only mean OSX for generic PC's. We already know the iPhone runs OSX.

And this...

Though I believe its a fake. Why would there be the rubber stopper things on the display (top left and top right) if there is nothing to close?
