How predictable, valve's servers are failing again. Amazing how they still haven't thought of improving this situation after seeing the previous 8 updates.

The Tribalman's Shiv bleed duration reduced to 6 second (was 8), and its damage penalty increased to 50% (was 35%).

A needless nerf, really. It wasn't even close to overpowered(that's currently reserved for the new items brought today). I guess they just needed something to fill the quota of 'changes' for the changlog.

They are giving these updates out for free... I don't think they want to spend more money to update their servers. You should be happy with what they are already doing, and not complaining for more.

You can change your content server to one that is less busy:
