UK Teen Tied To Tree and Forced to Drink Petrol

We need serious change in the UK or we'll see more twisted stuff like this. We need an effective government that isn't afraid to do things that will generate negative headlines in the tabloids - New Labour simply doesn't cut it.

Agreed!

Crimes like this actually make me worried & even afraid to walk down the street alone! (even though I do lol)

There's a lot information missing from the story. It's possible that the guy was just randomly chosen by this evil people but it's more likely he was chosen for a reason. I'd be interested to hear why they did that to him. Was he involved in something unsavoury? Either way, he didn't deserve what he got.

We need to bring back corporal punishment, it was abolished here in 1987 and since then things seem to have spiralled out of control, mainly as there is now no deterrent. Hell you cannot even chastise your own child anymore. What's needed is a short sharp shock. Another thing, as mentioned, is bringing back Conscription and teach some of these yobs/louts some discipline.

Did anyone watch the TV programme the other night about Helen Newlove, her husband Garry was beaten to death outside his home in Warrington by louts who were drunk and high on skunk when they vandalised her car. They had more rights than her and her family, and have even appealed their sentences. The program was asking the question as to why they have more rights, why they get away with this relatively scot free. The attitude of a lot of the knobheads interviewed were they shouldn't have been sentenced as they now have no life, what of the life they took, and the father of those three children and the husband of Mrs Newlove whose lives have been ruined.

Sorry for the rant, I needed to get that off my chest. Nowadays these kids think they are owed everything, and can get away with anything, it's time this country stopped pussyfooting around and dealt with the issues.

Damn right! You can't even defend yourself any more without getting arrested and thrown in jail whilst your attacker gets off scot free...

Its so true. An old couple round the corner from me had the local yob standing outside their house purposely scratching their car with a stone.

The old guy came out and told him to stop and go away. The kid threw a stone at him and he retaliated by picking the kid up and marching him home.

The parents started to bash the door in on the guys home and then called the police. They told the police what the guy did and he was put in a cell for the night.

The next day he gets home and the kid is there again, scratching his car. He calls the police and they inform him that there is little they can do, because the kid will be gone before they get there. Their advise, "install CCTV".

The problem with that advice is, that installing CCTV in most cases cant be used in court unless he made people aware they where being filmed, because it goes against their rights!

What a mess of a country!

Im with you, thats a correct education.

I wish they get the bastards who did it and tigh them to a tree and put 'em on fire!

That is so horrible, why do people do this !!

Thats why we have to bring back the death penalty now.

We have enough scientific equipment to prove beyond any reasonable doubt if someone is guilty or not.

We have enough scientific equipment to prove beyond any reasonable doubt if someone is guilty or not.

It's not that we can't prove it, it's that the death penalty does not work. It's meant to be a detterent but all you need to do is look at countries that have the death penalty and look at their serious crimes rate. It does not solve the problem, it's just a nasty form of revenge, which people may or may not deserve.

Democracy... I remember when we had communism in Albania. We were cut out from the outside world. And there were a lot of bad thing too about communism but man, it was safe. You could sleep with your house door open and nobody would go inside. Murder crimes were 1 in 2 years maybe. And then the murderer was caught and sentenced to death...

Could I play the "videogames" card here? Sure, to sane people those sick games do nothing. But those who are nuts surely find inspiration in movies and games. With some movies/games I do think "how nuts do you hve to be to think that kind of stuff" too.

I know of no game that imitates forcing someone to drink gasoline, and then light them on fire. I'm sure there might be a movie with a scene like that, but I cannot think of one.

People are influenced by everything around them: the media, books, and other people. They can also use their own brains to make something up. You cannot blame just videogames and movies.

If I had the money I'd probably get me and my family out of this country. England just isn't what it used to be, and it's a damn shame.

To be fair I can't imagine it being different in any other country  Surely America, Spain and that are all the same...Can't just be britain...Can it?

In america though if the police system doesn't work a lawsuit will lol. so atleast you can get some money out of it lol.

except for the Kremlin,KGB and any of the other 10 million government employees....LOL

just kidding...though strong arm ruling might have its advantages because of fear factor...the disadvantage far out-weigh any thing one can justify about a communist/dictatorship government.

I felt safe as a kid under Soviet Rule, my father was the government, so we never had to be afraid of anything. Just such long lines for food.

The murderers should be strung up on a public tree, with a long rope so their feet are just barely off the ground.

    • iPhone 18 Pro drop-test video and photos leak on the dark web following a data breach by Hamid Ganji iPhone 17 Pro - Image via Apple Apple is seemingly facing one of the biggest data breaches in its history, and just a few months before the official debut of the iPhone 18 Pro series, photos, a drop-test video, a supplier list, and key phone components have reportedly been leaked by hackers. Last week, we reported that Tata Electronics, an Apple supplier and iPhone producer in India, was hit by a data breach. As a result, it was reported that more than 200,000 trade secrets and confidential documents belonging to Apple and Tesla were stolen by the ransomware group World Leaks. According to Reuters, the group has now leaked supplier lists, component details, and photos of the upcoming iPhone 18 Pro models on the dark web. One of the materials leaked by the hackers is a drop-test video of the iPhone 18 Pro, which is due to launch this September. The phone is shown in a gray color and has the same familiar design we saw on last year's iPhone 17 Pro series. The device also appears to be quite durable, though it seems to be thicker than last year's model. One possible explanation is that Apple may be using a larger battery in the iPhone 18 Pro series. Moreover, Reuters says it has seen at least six documents mapping many components in the iPhone 18 Pro models to their respective suppliers, including details on chips on the main circuit board and on battery and camera components. The documents reportedly detail hundreds of parts that will be used in the iPhone 18 Pro models. A person familiar with the matter told the outlet that Apple classifies this data as sensitive and “is concerned about the documents being shared on the dark web as they relate to unreleased models.” Apple is reportedly investigating the issue but has yet to issue an official statement.
    • You do you, I've just said that it first appeared in "home" version before it will be available in "work" one. I use Edge only because it still supports MV2 uBO extension even on Android - I'll switch when they stop.
    • I imagine that was a review or something? My reviews mostly contain a lot of images and galleries, but these are all webp too, but yeah it all adds up on the page load. Would help if you were more helpful with your critique instead of bitching and moaning like a Karen 😂 Because then we might be able to fix it for you.
    • If Valve refused to let them make the case, I wonder if they've already partnered with someone else to do it? The fact that they didn't seek permission/licence before diving straight in is incredible though
