Interesting tidbit for the matchmaking... and noobs :p

In regards to matchup, you can set it to "play with my rank only" so you only play with people who are at the same rank and have unlocked the same number of classes as you. So there won't be any cloaked snipers or anything in your game until you're at the top rank and are ready for it.
