I mean usually does Amazon deliver before the release date?

I've honestly never pre-ordered anything from Amazon before, but it says 'll get it around March 3rd-5th. I think the US store has the option to get it on release, although you may have to pay a little extra. They also have some type of gold membership that Canada doesn't have as well. It honestly makes no difference to me to wait a couple extra days, as I'm saving like $40.

I'm not commenting on anything to do with NeoGAF vs Neowin. Just saying the effort that's gone into that Official Topic is pretty sweet.

I don't post on the GAF, but there's a lot of good content flying around, and it's the only board I know of that has a fairly large userbase of devs/journalists who post.

I'm kidding, chill!

In my experience with Amazon UK, the earliest you can expect a preorder to arrive is the day it releases and no early. I don't think I've ever had a game early from them. Usually the day its released, sometimes late.

The shopto ones are still stopped.

So UK isn't in Europe?

Dammit.

Well I could've listed every other country in Europe minus the UK, but I could not be arsed doing that.

It's just due to the day stuff gets released in the UK I think.

If you've pre-ordered online I'd say expect it before the 27th easily, as if the EU shipments need to be sent out for the 25th, the UK should be in amongst that.

Weird, I was checking my order which was listed as release on the 27th but as a guy pointed out, they added a ( Nordic ) version which now has a release date for the 24th, so I had to change my order. Also lost my bonus points for a few pounds off but I'd rather want it 3-4 days earlier. ( Place I order at always ship as soon as they get the games, when they are 'popular' they start packing and shipping as soon as they get the orders, yayz! )

Yeah hopefully shopto will get it to me a few days early. (Y) Although I was a little annoyed that they changed the orders so we who pre-ordered were automatically put onto the steelbox version which costs a bit more, not too bothered seeing as I'll be getting it for ?26.99 anyway.:))

Lol, go wild, but not too wild!

Don't go overboard, the images and such on the Gaf threads are cool, but we don't need that much info, I think were clever enough to google most things most of the time, lol.

Some clean precise info, boxart, release dates, and some thumb nailed images should be great. :D
