WTF a break for like 7 mnths... thats more like a end of season thing!

I know this is what I saw on tv squad...

"Only two more episodes are left until the break. SyFy will air the remaining 11 episodes of the season in October. "

This is getting more and more ridiculous. I was just thinking how stupid the four month break for Stargate Universe is and now this.

Caprica just isn't doing it for me and a seven month break sure isn't going to help.

well they better be two damn good episodes left, this one wasn't so bad I liked the "this happened before" part, made me remember the finale :) also the "can't we fly?" speech in New Cap made me chuckle :laugh: btw so there is viagra in the future too :shiftyninja:

Here's an interview with Moore and Alessandra Torresani, in which Moore says the story of Caprica isn't clear yet, and we may eventually see Torresani "in the flesh, as it were, in the real world." [CapricaTV]

This show is going on HIATUS? WTF... I have hardly any shows still on I still watch. At least The Pacific is starting.... They release the first episode a year before the show starts and then stop halfway through the season for a few months and expect to keep viewers? Yes, I will watch it, but there are a lot of people out there that will forget.

They really need to up the pace if they expect people to come back. The hiatus period for BSG was a bad idea (especially season four) but it was much more gripping, if it stops after a few more episodes people will say "OK so from this point they build a few more robots and they end up killing everyone" Done!

I saw a screening of the next two episodes of Caprica -- the last two before a long hiatus.

This week:

Daniel is convinced that Zoe is in the robot body, and puts her through a series of increasingly disturbing tests to try to get her to reveal herself. The second to last test is dousing her with gasoline and setting her on fire, but it's the last test that will make you gasp. Also: Tamara's back and we find out who Joseph's guide in V-world is.

Next week:

This was a mostly completed cut of the episode; the only things I noticed that were incomplete were an FX shot in a Pyramid stadium and a continuity error involving a secret message and a bicycle chain. It looks like we'll be getting some new cast members when the show comes back from hiatus, because two characters bite the dust in this episode -- one of these deaths is a shocking murder. Robo-Zoe tries to escape the lab. The last scene is extremely brief and devastating.

Also: the cast & crew revealed in the Q&A that we will see at least two other planets this season, Tauron and Gemenon. A cast member indicated we spend a lot of time on Gemenon and that it is 'beautiful'. The second half of the season has already been shot, but the show will still go on hiatus.

zoe's story is basically being still in the basement, pushing her friend to get her out

after this last episode, i was hoping that she finally revealed herself but she didn't, and i was disappointed and tired of it

I'm more tired of Joe's wading through V world, atleast it seems he's made a step uncovering her "corporate logo" in the latest episode. The next episode needs to be bloody good if they expect people to tune in again in eight months!

I wish the show had a little more direction. Adama wants to find his daughter, crazy sister wants immortality through resurrection and robot girl wants to get to Tauron.

It's all so displaced from what I imagined brought the events in Battlestar into place and I'm only watching because I want to find out how things make more sense.

It today announced that Xbox One and PlayStation 4 version owners of the 2013-released title will soon be receiving a free upgrade to the current generation version. The studio released the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 version of Grand Theft Auto V back in 2022, bringing significant upgrades to the original console editions. This included 60 FPS gameplay at up to 4K resolution, as well as major upgrades to textures, draw distance, and audio. Faster load times, ray tracing elements, and HDR support were also added with it. While this new and enhanced version needed a new purchase of the game to jump in, now Rockstar has decided to make it a free upgrade, dropping the $40 price tag entirely on consoles. "Beginning tomorrow, those who own any PS4 version or the digital Xbox One version of Grand Theft Auto V will be able to upgrade to the PS5 or Xbox Series X|S versions at no additional cost, and experience the best versions of GTA V and GTA Online," said the company in an official blog post. The free upgrade offer will be released tomorrow, June 18, for all Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners of Grand Theft Auto V. Players who will be jumping in on the offer will want to check how to migrate their GTA Online profile from last-generation to current-generation consoles by heading over here. The offer lands ahead of The Kortz Center Heist hitting Grand Theft Auto Online, where players and crews will be tasked with stealing priceless international art from a prestigious gallery in Pacific Bluffs. It doesn't look like Rockstar plans to stop updating its previous game even with Grand Theft Auto VI being on the horizon. The latest title is slated to launch on November 19, 2026, across Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.

MPC-HC is based on the original Guliverkli project (which is no longer maintained) and contains many additional features and bug fixes. As the continuation of the original Media Player Classic, MPC-HC isn’t flashy but it works with nearly any media format. MPC-HC uses DXVA technology to pass decoding operations to your modern video card, enhancing your viewing experience. And MPC-HC supports both physical and software DVDs with menus, chapter navigation, and subtitles. Overview of features A lot of people seem to be unaware of some of the awesome features that have been added to MPC-HC in the past years. Here is a list of useful options and features that everyone should know about: Dark interface Menu > View > Dark Theme When using dark theme it is also possible to change the height of the seekbar and size of the toolbar buttons. Options > Advanced Video preview on the seekbar Options > Tweaks > Show preview on seek bar Adjust playback speed Menu > Play > Playback rate The buttons in the player that control playback rate take a 2x step by default. Play HDR video This requires using madVR or MPC Video Renderer.
