You think somebody would get fined for kissing a performer at a concert in the US or UK? What law, exactly, would they be breaking?

Unless they assaulted the performer, it's likely that nobody would think anything of it.

I'm not a lawyer, but if it was some guy who jumped on stage and kissed Brittney Spears, that could be sexual assault?

Well yeah, like I said - it obviously depends on whether the performer is a willing participant or not :)

More importantly, it would be up to the performer to press charges, not some government monitoring agency / thought police.

i was thinking, maybe those arent the real concerts, that the real concerts are the illegal ones where there are no authorities around... that girl probably just chose the wrong concert to do that
