[Official] Fallout 3 - DLC for 360/PC released!

I'm having a problem at the Lincoln Memorial. Everytime I talk to Silas and follow him to the side door, the game crashes. It happens right when I get close to the door everytime. I installed the update for Vista and it didn't help. Anyone else have this issue?

I wonder if I'm going to find new weapons later on, there isn't a great selection and I've been playing for around 25 hours.. I don't like reading guides or anything so I don't know the full list yet :p

Have you found the Lincoln Repeater or that laser rifle from the Android quest? I find myself constantly switching because I have too many weapons to chose from. :p

What do you currently have?

umm.. let me think

Combat Shotgun

Hunting Rifle

10mm pistol

10mm submachine gun

sledge

rocket launcher

Flamer

laser pistol

minigun

laser minigun (cant remember proper name)

That's all I can think of. I guess it's not that bad, I'm just itching for a weapon that can shoot at long range. I hope there is a good sniper rifle coming up.

I don't mean to complain because I love the game haha

That really sucks, I mean you don't have any of the weapons I love to use. First off, I would really recommend picking up an assault rifle or a Chinese assault rifle (I use the latter). Second, go to the National Museum and get the Lincoln Repeater. I have also found a Sniper Rifle in my travels too. Those are just a couple that I seem to use a lot. Ones that I don't use are the minigun (not enough damage and too heavy), melee weapons, etc.

So you did go to the Archives and get it?

Yea I got a few things from there. I have stopped playing for the last weekend (personal things). I have just been reading up and listening to what other people have done, and noticed how much I have left to do and how many more things there are to explore, can't wait to see all these things. This game has so much to it.

    • No Steam release. It's gonna fail on PC. Even an Epic Online engineer said that people go there for the free stuff and then immediately go back to Steam.
    • Nice. Admittedly, his other games never interested me, but this seems pretty cool.
    • It's time to say goodbye to Edge and switch back to Firefox. There's no way to disable the ugly rounded corners that appear everywhere. Not even on the page frame. No one uses screens with rounded corners, you idiots.
    • Being on Github makes it more trustable since I can see the code at any point.
    • Gen Atlas is the next game from Shadow of the Colossus creator, this time with giant robots by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe The mind behind widely well-received games like Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, and The Last Guardian, Fumito Ueda, showed up at Summer Game Fest today, and that was to reveal his latest project. Being developed by genDESIGN, Gen Atlas is incoming with what looks to be plenty of mech and robot action. Watch the reveal trailer, which makes not much sense, above. The game will have players waking up on an abandoned planet where deserted facilities and grand designs from the original creators remain. Soon, they will stumble upon a colossal robot, from which players gain access to the power to change the world. "Across an endless expanse of time, the remnants of those forgotten constructs begin to move once more," adds the studio. The gameplay snippets seen in the trailer show the player character climbing giant robots (as expected from the creator), while also controlling these titans somehow as well. This is a fully single-player open-world adventure. “The team and I are grateful to all the fans who’ve been eager to learn more about our game,” says Fumito Ueda, CEO and creative director of genDESIGN. “Their passion and enthusiasm has always motivated and inspired us. We hope to share an experience that inspires moments of quiet wonder and discovery.” Before gaining the name Gen Atlas, Ueda first announced this project back in 2024 with the codename Project Robot. Interestingly, this will be a project being funded and published by Epic Games, which should mean that a Steam release is out of the question. Gen Atlas will be releasing on Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. A release date has not been announced just yet.
