Pretty slick. The video isn't too good quality though, so I can't tell if this is a completely redesigned logo though? It seems like it and it would be well good if it is! :p I'm bored of the current Windows/Windows Live logo

I like it too. Again, they could make background in some shade of blue to be closer to GUI color once computer starts. Also i hope they fix background for login screen cause Vista background for login iis totally out of place 'looking wise'.

the purpose is to fuze both substance and style in a nice package.

This isn't the 90s you know. We have the processing power to advantage of such features.

i wish there was more to it.... a little nice animation and then it jsut sits there for a few seconds while everything else loads. i kinda want the animation to take as long as the load should assuming you have a pretty fresh install.

umm you guys are easily pleased :p I mean come on it's a freakin' boot screen for crying out loud! There are more important things in an OS then a boot screen, unless you plan to install Win 7 on a very slow PC? :laugh:
