I can't say for sure if it's actually the actual RC or not, but it appears to be valid, and it appears to be both the 64 bit and the 32 bit version. O_o. It will be released to MSDN/Partners Tuesday. Non MSDN/Technet people have to wait til May 5th. No I cannot give a source, and no I cannot tell you who gave me this info.
