Wait, I can electrically ride the telephone lines, it's just the railway lines we can't in the demo!

I haven't played the demo, but if you check the map, is the location where you're trying to grind the train track sorta darkened out? If it is, that means there's no power in that area, so you can't grind there.

Ahh this is why I was trying to grind on them with no power, doh :p

Wow, that was fun. I am so relieved they nailed the controls. They feel super tight to my surprise.

I think the biggest plus is how fast you can aim whilst moving... especially coming off of KZ2

It really makes it easier to kill people with precise hits than you thought it would be.

Absolutely. The platforming aspect is smart too. Not frustrating or annoying, and he rarely grabs onto ledges that you don't want him to.

Keep checking the Playstation Store hoping it may show up early, not sure why I would even think that, so 5 minutes to go until it is 6 PM here. Told myself I was not going to play the demo and just wait for the whole game, but who was I kidding. LOL

No need for one since I have a Japanese account.

I mean cmon now why would I possibly need a UK account anyway? :p

To be part of the cool crew.

That you could get demo's slightly earlier, like today for example.

And I didn't know you could speak Japanese, and if you can't, that must be a lot of fun for you. :p

Yeah I can see the pay off with getting demos a bit early, but I somehow can control myself. LOL

And cannot speak a lick of Japanese, just need to see pictures and I can do the rest from there. To be honest not even sure why I have a Japanese account... Ohh thats right I wanted Last Guy early.

And 60 seconds left in my download. I also have no issue waiting a bit as I am the only person on the planet who apparently has a fast connection to the PSN (and FTR, it did not show up until about 6:30.. EDIT - Installing now as it took me that long to type out that sentence for it to finish.

Just played the demo. I never even knew about this game until a few weeks ago!

It feels like Crackdown but a lot grittier which is by no means a bad thing. I think I will be picking this up when it comes out for sure.

I was shocked to see this is PS3 exclusive. Is it Prototype that is coming out on both systems?

I stopped playing the demo about half way through.

Reason being is I loved it and do not want to ruin the full game experience.

Seriously it just left an amazingly positive impression. If I happen to be out anywhere I have the chance to do so I am going to try pulling some jedi mind tricks this weekend to see if I can get anyone to sell it early. LOL

The whole urban spelunking climbing whatever you want to call it aspect combined with gliding on rails like Sonic or Ratchet and gliding just has me right there. Just my type of game with the whole plat-forming aspect and how enjoyable I find it to be. Never-mind the fact controls are also spot on for everything else. Real fluid for sure. I can tell I am going to enjoy it tremendously.

I have no issue at all with it being just Single Player either. I think this is the type of game people can have vastly different experiences depending on how they approach things and their overall general game-play style.

Eagerly awaiting when I get my hands on the entire game.

After playing the demo I am really looking forward to it, took me a minute or two to work out the powers but once that was done and dusted destruction ensued. It's an absolutely awesome game and they have really executed it well. Can't wait for the full game. I wouldn't say it's a successor to Crackdown, it feels more like a sibling, same style different execution. Very impressed though and looking forward to it. :)

One draw back of playing this now though will be in games similar to this, I will be running to traffic lights or street lights to try and heal myself and then will die :(

Not sure what to think yet, first impressions were really good, but after playing the demo twice I'm starting to wonder if there is enough variety in the game.. and it's a real shame there's no ragdoll physics :(

anyway, I'll pick this up as it is really my type of game (played the hell out of crackdown, loved assassin's creed and in general love sandbox games..)

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and SPIL GAMES, the world?s ultimate online game destination, today announced that the official mini-game for the upcoming title, inFAMOUS, will debut exclusively on SPIL GAMES online casual game portals from May 22-29. Playable directly in the browser window on both PC and Mac computers, the mini-game will showcase the action-adventure gameplay style featured in the hotly anticipated inFAMOUS PLAYSTATION?3 game expected to launch in Europe in late May 2009.

In the inFAMOUS mini-game developed by Kerb, players get to extend their inFAMOUS experience through playing this free platform based 2D version of the PS3 title. • Quantum Error Correction Validated in Nature: Microsoft and Quantinuum Log 800-Fold Improvement Two years after the original press-release announcement, independently peer-reviewed results published in Nature on June 10, 2026, have confirmed that Microsoft and Quantinuum achieved an 800-fold reduction in quantum error rates on real trapped-ion hardware — the largest gap between physical and logical error rates ever independently validated.    What Quantum Error Correction Actually Does — and Why Breaking Even Is Hard https://www.techtimes.com/articles/318329/20260613/quantum-error-correction-validated-nature-microsoft-quantinuum-log-800-fold-improvement.htm   Quantum Computing Wiring Bottleneck Cracked by HKU Silicon Carbide Chip at Qubit Temperature Engineers at the University of Hong Kong have built the first cryogenic control chip that operates at the same temperature as superconducting qubits — 10 millikelvin, or just one-hundredth of a degree above absolute zero — without generating the heat that has forced every competing approach to park its electronics hundreds of meters of cable away. https://www.techtimes.com/articles/318325/20260613/quantum-computing-wiring-bottleneck-cracked-hku-silicon-carbide-chip-qubit-temperature.htm
    • RevPDF 4.5.0 by Razvan Serea RevPDF is a free, fully offline PDF editor for Windows, macOS, and Linux that lets you edit text and images directly inside PDF files — no internet connection, no account, and no cloud uploads required. Unlike bloated alternatives that demand subscriptions and constant connectivity, RevPDF fits in under 60MB on desktop while delivering a complete editing toolkit: annotate, redact, sign, compress, split, merge, convert, and reorganize pages, all processed locally on your device. Smart font matching ensures edited text blends seamlessly with the original, and multi-language support includes RTL scripts such as Arabic and Hebrew. Where most PDF editors force you to choose between features and simplicity, RevPDF manages both. You can build interactive forms from scratch with text fields, checkboxes, and dropdowns, permanently redact sensitive data before sharing, draw freehand on contracts and diagrams, and add custom watermarks — all without a single file leaving your machine. Edit Text and Images Directly Inside PDFs RevPDF supports true inline PDF editing — not just annotation layers on top of a document, but actual modification of existing text and images within the file. A smart font-matching engine identifies the font used in the original document and applies it automatically when you make edits, so changes blend naturally with the surrounding content. You can reposition elements, resize images, and update text across single pages or entire documents. RevPDF 4.5.0 release notes: This is one of the biggest updates to RevPDF yet. A lot of things people have been asking for are finally here. New Features Auto Redaction Permanently redact sensitive text and areas from your PDFs before sharing. Clean, irreversible, and fully offline. Comments, Links & Bookmarks Add comments for review, insert clickable links, and create bookmarks to jump around long documents without scrolling forever. Find & Replace Search across the whole document and replace text in one go. Long overdue. Split Pages Vertically or Horizontally Split any page down the middle, vertically or horizontally. Perfect for scanned books or double-page spreads. New Drawing Tools More tools for freehand drawing and markup, better for annotations, sketches, and detailed notes. Continuous Scrolling in Editor The editor now scrolls continuously through pages instead of jumping between them. Working through long documents is a lot smoother now. PDF Metadata Editor View and edit the metadata stored inside your PDFs, including title, author, subject, and keywords. Better Font Matching Text edits now blend in more naturally by doing a better job of matching the original font. Tabbed PDF Viewer Open multiple PDFs at once in tabs and switch between them without going back to the home screen. Add Links Insert hyperlinks anywhere in your PDF, to external URLs or to other pages within the document. Share & Print Shortcuts Share or print directly from the editing screen, home screen, and viewer. No extra steps. Minor Updates Paste images directly from clipboard into your PDF New image editing tools for more control over images inside documents Bug Fixes Fixed file saving issues on Windows and Linux Everything still works fully offline. • Interesting. I'm not using a VPN with my phone. I tried though my home internet (Rogers) and my cellular internet (Telus) and both trigger the dialog above.
