i did the 9 and 6 keypads but it still will go down after a few seconds.

so you're pressing "W" as well as 9

always use "W" as accelerate, and press "numpad 9" intermittently to adjust yer hight

i think

i hate trying to describe stuff from memory, i'll edit L8er when i'm, at home if it's wrong

redifine your keys. thats what i had to end up doing. make num8 your forward momentum button num4 your left turn num6 you right turn and num2 you reverse. use w as your ascent key, s as your decent key, a and d as your strafe keys. Works great for me.

I'm having trouble with the one after this one where you have to cause as much mayhem as possible, just can't do it lol.

in regards to the motorcycle race do not use the bikes outside the biker club, there are 2 types of harley style bike and those are the slower ones of the two, that's the only advise i'd give, other than, if they tear off ahead of you keep playing the mission as they crash all the time when i do that mission, which leaves you catching up all the time :)

as for the RC chopper i just scouted the mission 1st to see where the bombs go then restarted the mission and worked from the top down, seemed easier this way :)

heh I cheated a little bit.. before the race I actually blew out one of the guys tires.. leaving me to only taking on two at a time..

I noticed too that around turns that they'll crash because they don't slow down.. ii slowed down and didn't crash and beat them :p

i was wondering how to do a correct stoppie. On the ps2 version i was able to bust looooong stoppies and they looked real sweet. But on the pc version, whenever i attempt a stoppie i veer off to the left or right. i wait until i get to a straight away but i still veer. what buttons exactly do you have to press to do a correct stoppie? thx

I noticed too that around turns that they'll crash because they don't slow down.. ii slowed down and didn't crash and beat them :p

yer they arn't exactly the most experiened drivers are they?

i was wondering how to do a correct stoppie.

I always get up 2 max speed, then hit brake, then about a second later hit the standup button, keeping accelerate pressed and let go of brake another second l8er :)

but then i always plough into inanimate objects so i wouldn't really pay much attention to any of my tips :)

Where can I get my hawaiian shirt back?

I'm on Pnomh Phen 86 mission.

I think you can get your shirt back at the original hotel ... not sure as not at home at the mo to check, but it shouldnt take long for you to find out :)

Got it! hehe

It was inside the original hotel! :p

I didnt know that we are able to go upstairs!

Another stupid question:

When it says new weapon at hideout, what hideout are they talking about?

Is it the buildings we can buy?

Is it the original hotel?

Once again I think its the original hotel, as far as i remember they are all stashed away in the alleyway behind it.

Have fun :)

    • UK funds £60M AI labs to challenge US tech dominance with open-source models by Paul Hill The UK government has awarded £60 million to Oxford University and University College London to help keep the country in the AI race by focusing on open-source, low-hardware alternatives. This is in stark contrast to the expensive, closed-source, and high-hardware-requirement models being created in the United States and elsewhere. The money will be shared among two new academic research labs over six years to help them redesign the fundamental mathematics and architectures of AI to help the UK reduce its reliance on a handful of US tech firms. Commenting on the development, AI Minister Kanishka Narayan said: Initially, the government planned to fund just one lab with a £40 million investment, but with this update, two labs will now get access to a larger pool of funds. The labs are expected to invest in the top AI researchers at every career stage, with £2 million per lab being set aside for hiring at least ten doctoral students. The government hopes that this will grow the UK’s talent in the field of AI. The labs are also expected to work closely with the leaders in British AI research, such as the Alan Turing Institute and UKRI’s AI research hubs. This will allow the various teams to collaborate and create new solutions faster than they could alone. This development is pretty interesting for a number of reasons, chiefly that it could create a long-term challenge for US tech firms if these labs successfully scale these open-source architectures that bypass the proprietary ecosystems. It could also give British businesses and public sector organizations access to AI features without paying high licensing fees to foreign providers or needing to invest in specialized server infrastructure.
    • If I were them, I'm gonna hold out until the prices of these semiconductor parts normalize. $1,049 for a ~5 year old hardware is DoA, more so for gamers. On a deeper note, if Steam Machine is priced like this, we are soo effed up for the next gen Xbox console and PS6. With great AAA titles releasing at the end of the year, this just creates more demand...and more tears for me. Lol.
    • I suspect one reason its hard to justify subsidising is that it's not a locked down device like a traditional console is. In this climate sadly if it was a "good deal" you'd get people hoarding them for anything but gaming. The Lenovo Legion Go 2 with the Ryzen Z2 Extreme is £1300 here ($1720) for some context on how other SteamOS like devices are now priced. I got the older Z1 Extreme model for £300 with a dock, just shows how insane prices have got recently.
