Aesthetics-wise, I'm using the default Firefox theme for Vista (the alternative themes are too tiny to use for a 1920x1200 resolution). However, I'm using a custom toolbar background using the "AnyColor" Firefox addon. Nope, it's not Windows 7. I have posted my laptop specs in my sig. I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate x64.
