That's not OS/2, that's Solaris running the beautiful CDE as desktop.

OS/2 had the same looks and dock bar, thats why i said it remember me of the old OS/2

it's clear in his wallpaper saying 'solaris'

this is the kind of superbar windows 7 should have adopted, just a little more polished...

Not exactly like that docked bar, but centered, with big icons and some functions.
