I Have a Fujifilm s602 Zoom with 1Gb Microdrive in it. Sweeet. 30 minutes of video I can capture, or 3000 normal compression pics. It has a 14.4 Mb TIFF setting for the highest (6MP).

Here's some pics (I took them at a lower setting since it was a bit dark)

I have a 128mb Compact Flash card and I also have a 1gb MicroDrive for my Nikon CoolPix 4500. That MicroDrive really helps out. You can get ALOT of pics on there :)

Let's start the Official Digital Camera Thread in Neowin here . . . moderators if you would please merge the "Keldyn buys a new camera" thread with this one, I do believe making one thread is better than others.

You may all post your pictures from your DIGITAL camera only, and discuss anything related to Digital Cameras.

So why even make this thread?

1. If you're expecting it to be merged, why not post in Keldyn's thread from the start?

2. Why should we? It's pretty much assumed that Keldyn's thread is the official thread around here for digicam stuffs. Just leave it alone.

well, don't expect so much from a 2 MP camera. ;)

well its mostly for web/email/pc use - i am not planning to print too many prints.

anyway as far as 2mp cameras goes - is this one any good - i am pretty new to photography :blush:

i was thinking about - Canon's PowerShot S200 "Digital ELPH", but its been outphased by s230 3mp camera, which is also much more expensive...

at least i could not find s200 in stores i looked.

1x Optical Zoom means its a POS sony camera. Get something else.

Get the Fuji A303 and save yourself $100 while getting yourself a much better camera.
