I love Superman and the whole concept behind this show but the mediocre writters employed by the Smallville show are just killing this show slowly. The The dialog is bad and at times unbareable, too many fillers and huge plot holes. All that those things kills the show for me and don't even get me started on the bad acting.

Exclusive: 'Smallville' season 10 a done deal?

Not quite, but CW president Dawn Ostroff tells me she is feeling very optimistic about the show?s renewal odds.

?I?m really pleased with the show,? she says. ?Creatively, I think they?ve done a great job. And the ratings are [strong] on Friday night. I have to commend [the producers]? It?s not easy in season 9 to keep a show fresh. And you know what I think? The fans have really liked the show this season.

?I don?t know which way we?ll go,? she continues, ?but if you would?ve asked me [over the summer whether it would end this season] I would?ve said, ?Oh, probably.? But I can?t say that now.?

In the meantime, Ostroff says Smallville producers Brian Peterson and Kelly Souders ?haven?t even pitched us the last episodes yet, so we haven?t even gotten to how we?re going to deal with the last episode and whether it?s a season finale or series finale. But right now, I think it?s just a season finale.?

Given how the first half of the season has gone thus far, including the awesome midseason cliffhanger, CW would be out of their minds to not renew if the producers can keep this up. I hope season 10 will be another short season with condensed action/less filler like this season.

I think if there are more seasons, it's going to wreck the whole thing. Needs to get a good finish now.

And Kol, you confuse me. Isn't the first new episode called Absolute Justice, what are you talking about tonight's episode? Confused!!

I think they should do one more season and finish it with Clark becoming Superman.

I'm saying that I liked tonight's episode and looking forward to next Friday movie, Absolute Justice.
