Voronin and Babel are pretty much fringe players at the moment anyway so I don't think they would be such a big loss if they where sold.

Yeah but you won't get a great deal for them I heard ?1m for Voronin which is a bit small but then again he was a free if I remember correctly.

I thought Martin O'Neill was a bit over the top on his sides performance as there weren't many chances. Only ones that come to mind are Downings free shot and Carew's header that went narrowly wide. Then again Liverpool didn't have many either and the goal came from 2 bits of luck, annoying thing is it could be a turning point in the season when all it was was 2 bits of luck :p

Luck tends to even itself out over the course of the season, anyone accusing Liverpool of being excessively lucky just needs to look back at the Sunderland game, and bring the word "Balloon" to the forefront of their mind.

That it does, it's just annoying to see a point in the season where Liverpool may well sort themselves out and it was nothing of their own doing :p

The CL spot race is back to being wide open!

It was never off tbh. I am expecting Spurs / Villa to go through bad patches and lose points in relation to City/Liverpool, and so 4th place is between City and Liverpool imo. If City get some more players in and get a team sorted, it may well be City in the CL next season and not Liverpool.

Good clubs always pull themselves out of bad patches eventually, now it will just be a case of maintaining the momentum and starting to push for the CL places. I feel if we can keep our form up then we are on paper at least one of the stronger sides involved in the push for 4th place, but as it stands, so many teams are losing points in unusual places that trying to predict the eventual outcome feels like a game of russian roulette at the moment.

Personally, if I had a choice, if it where not Liverpool to get the 4th place, I would like to see it go to Tottenham or Villa rather than Man City, purely because, like Chelsea I have a problem with the means that they achieve their success.

Something tells me this will be one of the closest CL qualification races yet :D

I would like to say Villa but just look at this year they didn't do well in Europa League and it would be sad for them to go out in early stages! but then being a West Ham support anyone other then Spurs would be good :p

I don't really class anyone as rivals in my mind to West Ham other then maybe QPR or Millwall :p

I do. Bolton. I hate Bolton. Can't really explain why  I think we lost to them a few seasons ago and that sealed our doom to the championship. Generally don't like their play style either :p

One result over the course of a championship doesn't seal a team's doom on its own :p seems like a strange reason to hate a team, but I agree with you on one point, bolton aren't a pretty team to watch xD

haha tell that to the ICF (Inner City Firm) :p

Personally I don't even class firms as real fans, they just use football as an excuse for violence.

haha I don't like them but they don't bother me :p Megson is hated by his own fans that makes me  tbh

It's not real hate but more so dislike. I know they didn't personally walk us out of the premiership but it seemed that defeat sort of deemed us useless and not of premiership quality and it really stuck with me. Worst feeling is watching your club get relegated :(

So if Portsmouth are declared bankrupt, what happens next? I am a bit unclear on the FA rules (and law in general) on this

think it starts with 9 points deduction but then if they are wound up (which I highly doubt will happen) they will just disapear from the EPL I suppose...never seen it happen.

    • Ninja Theory's new Hellblade game is action-focused and set in Purgatory by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Ninja Thery has been building its award-winning Hellblade series since 2017, delivering Senua's Sacrifice and Senua's Saga since then. Today at the 2026 Xbox Games Showcase, the studio had a brand-new installment announcement featuring Senua again, but this time, she is in a version of purgatory, and the focus is on the action. Simply named Senua, this new entry is described as a "full-on action-adventure" experience, delivering an expanded focus on combat, puzzle-solving, and freedom of exploration. The developer says that it is keeping the same high production values and storytelling features of the previous games while giving what players have been asking for in the gameplay department. The entirety of Ninja Theory is now working on Senua, giving the project much more manpower than ever before, while also letting the team draw on its action roots from Devil May Cry and prior titles. However, the studio also confirmed that its previously announced Project Mara horror experience is no longer in development. Alongside snappier traversal moves, Senua will be able to take stealth and direct combat routes. She has access to her own sword, plus any enemy weapons as well, with dual wielding also being an option for most dropped melee swords, axes, and other weapons. Outside of melee combat, Senua will be able to use special abilities that let her alter the reality around her. The world is said to be about twice the size of Hellblade 2. While this won't be an open-world experience, the linear story will let players explore their surroundings further than before. The story of Senua will be set after the events of previous Hellblade titles, with our protagonist being stuck in her own version of Purgatory. The series' well-explored psychosis themes will return as well. "She’s trapped between life and death on a quest to reach the afterlife and be reunited with the ones that she’s loved and lost," adds the studio. "Her belief is that by healing the wounds of her life, she can find the peace that is the key that unlocks the gate to the afterlife." Senua is releasing on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PlayStation 5 sometime in 2027.
    • Windows has had it, it's called camera frame server. I recall when it was first introduced in an early Windows 10 release it caused issues and there was a registry entry to disable it. Seems like they disabled it by default at some point. Windows 11 brought that toggle to the settings app (not just registry) a while ago.
    • You didn't like Mafia The Definite Edition? As a fan of the first when it came out, I liked that remake.
