Of course I could be wrong, but that's what I gathered from our conversations. To apply the visual style you will need to select the "Appearance" tab on the "Display Properties" window. Then you will need to select "Classix 10k 2.0" from the "Windows and buttons:" drop-down list. From there you can select the different schemes under "Color scheme:".
