The worst movie you have seen?

Recommended Posts

Drag Me to Hell - just awful.

The Blair With Project - I hate it.

Extreme Movie - I thought because Michael Cera was in it, it might be good. Absolutely terrible.

Saw V - I was so ****ed at this one that I didn't even see Saw VI. Saw V was just way too cheesy. I about walked out.

Bruno - I didn't find it very funny.

Not trying to sound rude or pompous, but I really think some of you are either going for shock value or just listing the movie that disappointed you the most. I mean, Dark Knight as worst movie of all-time? The Matrix and Ocean's sequels? I've seen TONS of movies that can't even hold a candle to those.

I've not seen those movies you've mentioned so can only speak from my perspective.

I was quoting others on all those movies mentioned -- as in I don't think Dark Knight, the Matrix or Ocean's sequels are anywhere near the worst movies I've ever seen, and I'd wager they're not anywhere near the worst movies anyone posting in this topic has ever seen either... simply the most disappointing or overhyped/overrated.

The Fifth Element is probably one of the cheesiest, most mind numbing sci fi experiences I've come across. There was so much potential but the ridiculous campy show host, awful president, ridiculous fashionista villain makes me wonder why Bruce Willis is in every weird, sci fi movie.

This is such an awful movie. The only redeeming factor was the impressive acting by the orange haired girl, Milla Jovovich.

By the way, Mass Effect 2 seems to borrow a lot of concepts from this movie.

It seems youve missed the whole decade of 90ties...

p.s. - Multipass!

Well, Lost in Translation was REALLY rough... Knowing was horrible... The Minus Man was bad... Buddy Boy made me want to take my life...

God, those were all horrific...

Oh, another one. I think it was called "The Straight Story", it was about an old man that travels cross country on a lawnmower... What a great in flight movie that was... :-\ The only way they could get people to see that all the way through I think was to trap you 30,000 feet up... (And I was still eyeing the door...).

Cloverfield and Quarantine are equally horrible.

The first person w/ camera perspective is horrendous and killed the movie IMO.

Summary of the movies: Sh*t happens, camera is constantly rattling and out of focus, everyone dies, camera discharges, some buffoon finds camera publishes video.

Loved both of those, personally. To each his own :)

    • The entire world moved to the vastly superior and now universally supported Dolby Atmos technology a very long time ago, mate.
    • Insane. This is as crazy as COVID back in 2020, where you could go back one year in time and tell them that everybody's gonna be locked in and now with memory that your old computer was going to be worth more tomorrow
    • "Bad Pool Caller" meaning one of your software is trying to change memory it doesn't own, in a memory pool that's it ,nothing to do with Windows
