The worst movie you have seen?

Recommended Posts

I could name plenty, but lately, I have been peeved the most about "Clash of the Titans". Was a decent movie up to Medusa, but the final fight with Hades and the Kraken was so dull and stupid, a 5 year old could have come up with a better ending.... arg.

I haven't read through all the pages, but I'll add my two bits...

The gold medal goes to:

Open Water - there's an hour and a half of my life I'll never get back

Runners Up:

Open Water 2 - never saw it, but the first one didn't require a sequel

The Box

Hurt Locker

The Book of Eli

Ping Pong Playa - It was so horrible it was kinda funny, so Open Water still wins

I could list a bunch that were overhyped and underdelivered like Avatar, but it is by no means the worst movie ever.

The Happening

Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0308208/

Hitman

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0465494/

The Eye (Jessica Alba)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0406759/

Black Sheep

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0779982/

To name a few... i have a whole list of crap movies i've seen. These are just ones that stuck out in my mind.

Its still god awful and I can see people calling it one of the worst movies they've ever seen. Me and my friend watched the whole thing cause it was one of those "so horrible its hilarious" movies. Travoltas atrocious acting just had me rofling the whole time :p

Eh, I've heard people say Battlefield Earth and All About Steve as two of the worst movies ever, but IMO, if someone honestly thinks either of those are the "worst ever" they simply haven't seen many movies, especially many indie movies. I am most definitely not calling movies like Battlefield Earth good, but they at least have production values and actors who are having a good time make it bearable. But I can understand how people who only see commercial movies and maybe went to the theater to see them would call them the worst movies they've ever seen.

Whoever let "Larry the Cable Guy" star in movies should be sentensed for crimes against humanity

Larry the Cable Guy is funny as hell, and I can't think of anyone else who would have sounded better as Mater in Cars.

Inception. Fell asleep, how ironic.

Same here. My wife dozed off too.

The Gene Generation.

I became convinced to watch it after I heard that Combichrist stood behind the soundtrack (or actually, permitted them to use some of their album tracks). It certainly wasn't the worst I've seen, but nothing outstanding either... like meh, ok.

The worst I've seen? The entire American Pie franchise.
