You may not use the evaluation software for software development or in an application development environment.

Your RC serial won't work on the RTM version. Your RC will work until next year's June, with bi-hourly shutdowns from March.

I'm interested in going in on a technet subscription with some people. I don't see anything wrong with it, who says you can't share a technet account?

This and that's just asking to be screwed over. I wouldn't want to share my $300~ worth of subscription with someone over the internet, and risk getting it hijacked.
