What's with that fin thing...

The fin serves 2 purposes, it improves the quality of airflow over the rear wing, and it also helps stabilise the car under yaw (in layman's terms, it reduces tha amount of sideways movement when the car is turning into and out of corners)

Also, gotta add I think the new Renault and Sauber cars look awful :/

I had a suspicion that the Ferrari one may have been photoshopped

Their diffuser doesn't look much different to that on the F60, but I understand the changes to the McLaren design a bit better now, the photo provided in another thread didn't really make the difference that clear. Thanks for the insight. The new Ferrari does seem pretty fast though, but I get the impression that McLaren have been doing long run simulation and haven't really been chasing lap times yet.

    • How backwards can you have it? Yes, Linux was gaining because of Linux handhelds and the push for gaming compatibility, but that's not desktop users, it barely converts anyone who owns a SteamDeck, though it helps for those who wanted to do it, but anyways, the AI+RAM debacle helped Linux because people can't easily upgrade their PCs easily and many hate AI so they'd be incentivized to try Linux.
    • 🤦🏻‍♂️ No, expected because 10 EOL
    • Dude, it's a .reg away from a permanent modification. If you're a power user, look it up and keep the .reg and stop being a crybaby expecting MS to include customization for everything on a generalist OS. The default is what's the best UX for the majority of the userbase, non techie people.
