And now complete, my Mobile workstation!

laptop_13z_crumpler_3.jpg

Clockwise:

VGA cable, Mini USB cable, 3.5mm to RCA audio lead, 3.5mm to 6.3mm headphone adapter, RCA to 3.5mm adapter, Crumpler Side Dig M, Post its+pen (!), notebook power adapter+plug, Dell 13z notebook, 4GB USB stick, 2GB USB stick, 2GB microSD card.

All that's left really is to pick up a 1metre HDMI cable from ASDA (Walmart) when I'm next out and I'm all set :p

Some might ask about lack of a network cable if out of wifi connectivity range but I won't ever be needing one due to 3G/2G tethering from my HTC Magic either over USB or WiFi :D

I just ordered two online, should be here around Wednesday.

One of them will be for my projector in the family room and the other will be for the LCD in my bedroom. I am then going to take the bookcase my projector is currently on and actually use it as a bookcase up in my office. Sad, almost 4 years in and I am still furnishing my house. Pics to follow.

Sweeeeeeeet.....

How are you liking the Crumpler bag? I've been looking to order one for awhile for my macbook pro.

've got the same monitor (Samsung 2333HD) - Really nice, but the speakers aren't all that - I definitely need to get some external ones

Yeah, I use the iMac speakers though for any computer sound. However, I have Virgin Media hooked up to that TV, so I'm looking for good speakers. Any suggestions would be great!

Hello guys, I've been checking out this thread from time to time and I really like the new setups that have been posted recently. Excellent stuff! (Y)

Anyways, I bought a new case after seeing it on sale on Black Friday! Here's a picture and you can find a full review of the case on my website. Thanks guys!

    • draw.io Desktop 30.2.4 by Razvan Serea draw.io desktop is a downloadable security-first diagramming application that runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics. Generate diagrams from text descriptions using our smart templates. Diagram faster with keyboard shortcuts. draw.io Desktop 30.2.4 changelog: Uses electron 42.4.1 Updates to draw.io core 30.2.4.
