I'm not sure, but I believe all the sample media that comes with any version of Windows has some sort of license attached to it.

One thing thou, please do NOT do the twitter background thing. Having a 100x100 gif or jpg that repeats im all for it, but having high def pics (unless linked externally) just wouldn't work.

Just to let you guys know.. initially we'll be selecting just a few.. We're at a code freeze at the moment, later we'd like to have loads to select from but that requires changing the custom popout that only allows for a limited amount.

I didn't stretch any images, they're contorted when they're reframed around the border.

Not quite sure what you mean by that sentence, but making sure an image isn't stretched isn't too terribly hard. ;)
