The radio show I heard this on mentioned that supposedly there was a claim that there really is Lindsay on the marketing team...

Yeah, I read that too. The marketing company says that they picked the name at random and that there is a Lindsay at their offices there... So... I don't see a case at all. And I see nothing barring you from using a FIRST NAME in any event...

Right, it's not like they said lilo, or lohan or even drunk slut who thought she was a lesbian for two weeks that got her house robbed and was in a car crash chasing an ex-assistant. Well, that last bit might have been too much?
