I like it ! hey, could you make a mock up with the top edge of the window closer to the buttons (maximize, close, etc) ? Kinda like it it on Windows 7 now. Also, well I don't know if that window is "focused" or not but maybe color the X-button red?

The back forward button will be just 1 button. right click will take you forward. and left click back. middle click will open both menus.. and hold any key will open the corresponding menu.

no addressbar.. explained later.

the addressbar is where my idea works .. to save space and keep it all very pretty.. double click a tab to make it into an addressbar and type away....... the screenshot explains it

And as you can see in the original screenshot i have the favorites bar opened becoz i cant live without it.. But its sad how ugly it makes IE9 look... so for a simple function i have added this idea which will come into action as soon as you press the ALT key on ur keyboard.

this menu will slide out seamlessly.

guys any comments on my IE10 mockup?

Not having a visible address bar is a security nightmare IMO. Looks Ok otherwise. The back/fwd combination won't work on tablets (press and long press are easy to mix up).

I myself don't think that's a problem. However, no quick way to see security certificates is a problem, on Zain's great mockups.

Maybe you could have a slider. So you slide left to go back and right to go forward. But then again, two buttons would be even more simpler.
