The first shot looks like ass when viewing it as it's resolution, so I'm not sure what the point of that is. The car looked somewhat okay though.

that last gif looks like real life...

Replay mode looks great, but it doesn't look that good in-game. If it did, I would be pre-ordering it today.

Wind Effects Shown in Latest GT5 Demo?

Here's an interesting video from GT5's latest appearance at Gamelab in Spain last weekend: watch the dust kicked up by the cars as they clip the inside of the curb around 1:20. As you can see, it appears to be quickly whisked away by a strong breeze. This is quite different from what we saw when GT5's new Nurburgring circuit was officially revealed back in May -- watch the video below of the same car from the same camera angle, and you'll see a puff of dust rise straight up into the air, undisturbed.

With that said, the wind effect appears to be somewhat over-exaggerated, and you'll notice that nothing else in the environment is moving appropriately (most obviously, the trees). So, is this just an errant bug? Or is it, perhaps, a tiny sample of GT5's weather effectsthat accidentally slipped into this demo? I'm not convinced just yet, but it's a curiosity that I hope we will be able to learn more about very soon.

True. Both Forza and GT look awesome in replay. In game is a different story. However, racing in sims isn't about the graphics, it's about the physics, the love for cars, and the desire to experience real life tracks in a virtual way. This game is a must buy for me, as it's the main reason I got a PS3.

Added the Madrid one just for you Sethos :). I love NASCAR road races (Sears Point, Watkins Glen, and now National at Road America). I am glad they have Daytona in the game too, but I think we can probably (hopefully) use them on all the tracks.

Has it been confirmed that Road America will be in GT5?

Cause if it's not, I'm gonna be mad.
