Blackpool manager Ian Holloway has reiterated his threat to resign if his club are fined for fielding a weakened side in the 3-2 defeat by Aston Villa.

Holloway, who made the original claim immediately after the match, said again on Thursday he would quit if punished.

Personally I think this rule needs looking at, teams should be able to field any players that they wish.

United are drawing far too often for potential Champions.Being unbeated says nothing to me but it could be those blue tinted glasses.

Villa lost two points today.

I can't believe they almost lost to...Aston Villa.

Then again, we've lost to some horrid teams (ala WBA at home)

It's more about the performance than the actual result, with all due respect to Villa I didn't expect their kids to outplay experienced midfielders like Carrick and Fletcher.

The disassemble of the top 4 has hurt the league's top teams. English clubs stand no chance in Europe (CL) this year.

ANOTHER draw...West Ham are draw specialists!

WHAT THE FUNK IS GOING ON!!! ARGHHHHH! I honestly want West Ham to get relegated! I think this entire club is taking the premiership too lightly don't have any kind of fighting spirit and quite frankly very little talent I think a season in the championship will be just the thing to give em a wake up call and get their arse in gear. EPL is a big boys game, bring it or go home...

embarassing... i think women are easier to understand then the way liverpool plays

Those words should never be next to each other under any context or circumstance.... ever

Sunderland 2-0 Chelsea :|

Can you believe it??

The last time they came back from two goals down in the Premier League was on Boxing Day 2007, a 4-4 vs Aston Villa.
