Of course you can.

You play multiplayer. You don't replay it. Replay to me suggests that when you've finished the game, you want to go back and play it again. You never really finish multiplayer. Certainly not in a FPS.

Anyway, the question remains, will the single player campaign be any longer than MW2?

You don't define that word by being pedantic. Replay value denotes how many times you'll return to the game and MP makes people return very, very often thus it has a high replay value.

ummmm essentially in multiplayer you are doing the same thing over and over again = replay.

Fine. Nitpick over my opening statement and completely ignore the question I actually asked.

I highly doubt the single player is going to be longer. Maybe same length or shorter. FPS's now aren't the longest in the Single Player.

Well, it could hardly get any shorter could it? :p

There's a really interesting preview of the single player modus from The Guardian newspaper here

Well, just as added information - I'm Hardcore exclusive ( Mostly S&D and some TDM for variety ). So if you can live with that, I'd love to play with ya'.

Would be sweet to get some Neowin games going, like in the BC1 days :)

Well I play hardcore every chance I get so I def don't mind it (Y) Looking forward to it and it seems I have the Wednesday off this week :D

If I were in the UK I'd probably do one of these deals, just because I can't see myself playing MoH for much longer. Completed the singleplayer, and the multiplayer isn't really holding my attention.

Looks like the Steam unlock time got pushed back by a few hours.

lol @ all the nerd rage going on at the steam forums because of this.

I won't get to play it tonight anyways, I will just wait until I get home from work tomorrow to play. :p

The steam forums really are going crazy, but thats par for the course on the steam forums. Trolls trolling trolls trolling trolls.

The Black Ops website is still saying midnight release - so the real release time is anybodies guess at this point. Steam release times are always unpredictable.
