Yorak Share Posted January 17, 2011 Let me reiterate: GO STEELERS! Sorry, I am just a huge fan and need to shut up. The Jets beat us last time, but next weekend we get our revenge!

ynnoj Share Posted January 17, 2011 Favre is definitely done. The only reason he came back this year was because of the year Minnesota had in '09, the potential for another ring was there.

Well they offered him $20 million to play. He would have been an idiot to turn that down. I'm sure if he had that offer again next year, he'd play. But he won't. Go Packers! Should be a nail biter against da Bears

He wants to win, and I think he's realised that he doesn't cut it anymore.
4LeafLucky Share Posted January 17, 2011 What the hell have become of my beloved Cowboys? Romo needs to go.. period. Guy will not run the ball when given the chance. Kitna did a better job.

He just doesn't show it by wearing gold chains, diamonds, and driving a Bugatti like a bunch of the other trash in the league do. His money goes towards his wife's cancer foundation. Elliott Share Posted January 17, 2011 Disappointed the Patriots lost. :( I was looking forward to a Patriots - Packers Superbowl. Really hoping the Packers can edge out the Bears this Sunday, but I've got a bad feeling. The Packers are seriously inconsistent. One week they're blowing out the #1 seed. The next, you just never know.

Astra.Xtreme Share Posted January 17, 2011 Packers v. Bears in an epic NFC Championship next weekend, can't wait! Rodgers is going to destroy Cutler. Hell yea. I'll place a bet that Culter will throw more INT than TD. :D I looked at tickets yesterday and the cheap seats were $550. Sold out anyway, but DAMN!
Saint Shiv Share Posted January 17, 2011 I got my wish. Eagles defensive coordinator has been fired. Now if they would only fire Andy Reid, I think we're due for some serious change.
rajputwarrior Author Share Posted January 18, 2011 my two favourite teams finish top of their conferences this season, loved it. Then what happens, both get embarassed out of the playoffs :( there isn't a sad face that can acurately describe how i feel about the NFL season this year. Did I actually think ATL was going to take it all? No, I didn't, but don't go out like that... I honestly thought the packers and the jets had a really good chance to meet in the super bowl this year, but the way the season went i honestly thought my two faves teams meeting each other in dallas was really gonna happen (with brady winning)
Matrix XII Share Posted January 19, 2011 Yeah I can't believe the Pats lost to those classless smack talking Jets. I really hope someone beats them.

In fact, this Patriots loss has been hanging on me longer than I thought - almost rivalling Black Sunday. Maybe it is due to the team playing so well after the Cleveland loss (almost other-worldly on offense, and somedays on defense). But the youngest team in the league will always rear it's ugly head during the playoffs - even under Belichick rule. Steelers and Packers. But I wouldn't mind the Jets getting oh-so-close to a championship but getting blown out 49-0 by the Packers.
