Correct, it is Windows XP with the above patch applied, I just happen to like those icons.

As proof, I submit a view of XP with the modern start menu enabled:

Not bad, but 2 things:

1. You need to change Favorites,Libraries ,Homegroup,Computer and Network icons if you want it to be more unified.They reall kill the whole zune look you try to achieve and

2. Tokens are really good but there are some zune-ish icons released for the Superbar that also match better.If they are not already included in the Zune VS you downloaded from DA than you can find them on the gallery of the same author that made the VS since he is the one that designed them.
