^ yeah deleting posts isn't cool. no one linked to it or said where to get it... me and legend broke no rules

Guys... you know better than to talk about that. :/

you know as soon as people start talking about playing it already people are going to go find it. besides talking about is allowed now.

After some frank discussion among senior staff, we have decided to change the rules a bit, related to discussion of leaked games. As long as there are no postings of links or how / where to download these games, we will allow talk about them in these forums. Please be advised that the gaming mods will be watching closely, so please limit the discussions to the games, and not how to obtain them!

no rules broken, deleting posts was completely unjustified.

What?

You are allowed to talk about it just not where you got it from, always has been the case in the past. Dont start deleting my posts.

Yes, you're allowed to talk about the game. But don't say that it's leaked and then admit to playing it because it doesn't take a rocket scientist to make the connection.

That rule is about the discussion of games before their release date. It isn't about openly mentioning that X game has leaked and you played it.

yeah but the rules says as long as we don't post links or where/how to download the games it's fine... all we said that it's on the internet.

Mine got deleted as well. No biggie.

Though honestly, unless people are legitimate reviewers on some game site, the source of where these games are originating from is obvious.

People are asking how it is we're playing the game early and we're somewhat stating the obvious. No one is saying 'here's how'.

It is what it is though.

That said, the most important component in this game being multiplayer isn't available to the early birds.

So we ALL have to wait for tuesday for the true bf experience. :)

SP is just a bonus if anything.

and no one went OMG OMG OMG THE GAME LEAKED AND I'M PLAYING IT. saying it leaked onto the internet isn't going to change anything. the rules say "As long as there are no postings of links or how / where to download these games, we will allow talk about them in these forums"

that never occured

not if you are paying full retail price for the game...

Well that depends... the MP alone is well worth the retail price for me, personally.

I go back to 1942 man. And BF has ALWAYS been about the MP.

SP wasn't even present.

So it's fine with me if they want to appeal to the masses with a SP/Coop component. Just a plus in my book.

Coop I'm sure will be great!

That is for me to decide. No posts were deleted and my decision isn't final until I look at all the recent posts.

No posts were deleted. Some were hidden so that I may review them and two have been left hidden.

Anyway, enough with the discussion of moderation.

My apologies if you took anything I said as disrespectful.

Surely not my intention.

I wasn't questioning your motives/actions at all. As I'm sure they are with your best intentions.

Anyways, agreed. Let's get back to discussing how underwhelming the SP component appears to be :D
