Amazon will discount its Prime membership by 20% this Friday

In order to celebrate its upcoming show, The Grand Tour, Amazon will discount its Prime membership service by 20%. The discount will be a limited offer and will only be available for one day.

Amazon's new motoring show, The Grand Tour, is set to arrive and reintroduce the world to the trio of Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May of Top Gear fame. In order to celebrate, the company will offer a discount on its Prime membership starting on November 18.

For a limited time, those who sign up for a new Prime membership starting at 12AM ET on November 18 will be able to take advantage of a 20% discount. The membership is traditionally priced at $99, but will be available for $79 until 11:59PM PT of the same day.

If unfamiliar, Prime membership grants access to free two-day expedited shipping, Amazon's music and video streaming services and much more. The discount won't be exclusive to the US, as the UK will also have access to this promotional discount where the price of Prime will be reduced from £79 to £59.

The Grand Tour will be exclusive series to Amazon which will air a new episode each week over the next 12 weeks.
