Asus announces VivoStick, a USB-sized PC Stick running Windows 10 for only $129

At IFA today, the manufacturer of the Zen and ROG series of products also had a smaller, cheaper PC in store, weighing only 68g and running full Windows for a meager $129.

Along with refreshes of its mobile and laptop lineup - not to mention its monstrous 34-inch gaming display - Asus also had a stick-sized surprise in store for attendees at IFA 2015.

Lightweight and small, the VivoStick PC is Asus' implementation of the 'PC on a Stick' concept Intel demonstrated last year. Running a full version of Windows 10, and powered by an Intel Atom Cherry Trail processor, the VivoStick is the perfect mini-PC for those who want a small, portable and inexpensive computer. Simply plug it into the HDMI port of a TV or monitor and you're good to go.

With a size that small, you're probably not expecting anything else but Asus has packed in not one but two USB 3.0 ports - and added a headphone jack for good measure! For connectivity, Asus includes Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11n Wi-Fi, making it a breeze to connect a mouse and keyboard and complete the set.

The small computer has a meager 2 GB of RAM and atrociously low 32 GB of internal storage but will only set you back $129. Availability is yet to be determined.
