EA's Battlefield 2142 has now been released to retail and on EA Downloader! Along with the release, comes the first patch for the game, which will update the retail release to version 1.01. The patch fixes a "small" bug with Titan mode where it would cause a crash client side. The patch is 17 megs, and is available for the retail game, and a 117 meg download for dedicated servers. If you pre-ordered or bought Battlefield 2142 through EA Downloader, there is no need to patch, as it is included in the download already.
