As had been expected, Infinity Ward had released the mod tools for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The 603mb download includes everything required to make levels, models and mods for the game.
To get people started, Infinity Ward has opened a Wiki with information on using the Call of Duty 4 version of the Radiant level editor. There's also a promise of frequent article additions.
