CES 2008: It begins

We have arrived at CES! If last year's CES seemed a little more software-centric than usual, this year it's gadget oriented.

Meanwhile, Samsung has announced that it will be providing greater support for Windows Media Center directly in its Digital Media Adapters (DMA). Microsoft has also announced a number of companies that will be providing Media Center Extenders.

The number of new media gadgets this year is astounding. We'll report more as we get around.
