EA secures Catwoman license

Electronic Arts announces that it has been awarded the worldwide rights to develop and publish games based on the upcoming Catwoman movie.

Electronic Arts today announced that it has been awarded the worldwide interactive rights to develop and publish games based on Warner Bros' upcoming Catwoman movie. Catwoman games for the GBA, PC, and all currently generation consoles are currently in development at the same EA UK studio responsible for its Harry Potter titles. "Catwoman is a great complement to EA's portfolio of global blockbusters and we look forward to delivering a great game based on the film," said Bruce McMillan, EA executive vice president of worldwide studios. "We're also happy to extend our relationship with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Comics."
