EasyCD Creator 5 WindowsXP Updaters Localized

Spotted this over at Activewin. Roxio has just re-release their Easy CD Creators v5 updaters for WindowsXP which added support for localized version of the software. International user can now update their software to work with WindowsXP. However, this will not do any good to the US or English users.
