eBay memo, about leaking confidential memos, leaked

Henry Gomez, Vice President of Corporate Communications for eBay, has warned all of eBay's staff via internal memo that sending internal emails to Internet websites is banned and violators may face disciplinary action.

But, in an ironic turn of events, Gomez' confidential memo about confidential memos, has itself, been leaked.

Gomez gives some very sound advice to eBay staff about talking to the news media as well. He tells staff they should never speak to a reporter about eBay business unless eBay's PR representatives have approved the conversation.
