Games with Gold: V-Rally 4 and Sensible World of Soccer are now free

It is not May just yet, but Microsoft has already brought out the month's first wave of Games with Gold freebies it announced a couple of days ago. Users of Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass services can now add two more games to their libraries, them being V-Rally 4 for Xbox One, and Sensible World of Soccer for Xbox 360.

The latter sports title is also available for Xbox One console owners to claim with native play capabilities as the game is part of Microsoft's old Backward Compatibility program.

Use a Gold activated Microsoft account to claim the games directly using the store links listed below:

V-Rally 4 (Xbox One)

The legendary off-road racing game returns! Enjoy an extreme experience while becoming an expert in a demanding simulation. Take on the challenges of rallies, rallycross, drifts, buggies and hill climbs, and set off on a spectacular journey across every continent.

Sensible World of Soccer (Xbox 360 and Xbox One)

Sensible World of Soccer is the classic 90’s football game reborn with enhanced graphics! Take on your friends online now in this fantastic pick up and play football game.

The arrival of a new wave means some games from the previous promotion will no longer be available for claiming. Still, Xbox One owners have until May 15 to grab Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle, which will be replaced by Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr as part of the May Games with Gold.

Keep in mind that Xbox 360 games claimed via a Games with Gold promotion will continue being available even if the Xbox Live Gold subscription is disrupted. On the other hand, claimed Xbox One games are only playable while the account has an active Gold subscription.
