Want some quick Microsoft money? You're in luck: GameStop is giving away $5 per person in Xbox Live currency that can also be used in Microsoft's Windows or Windows Store.
The code is obtained by going to the GameStop website, selecting the Xbox One section, and scrolling to the bottom of the page. Near the end of the page, you will see a form that is titled "#XBLGoldMineAtGS Treasure Hunt Thursday." It's a mouthful, but what's important is that you find this form so you can enter in your email and confirm that you are 18 or older to claim your code.
This next part will require you to create or have an existing Facebook account, as you will need to "like" the coupon code page. Once you have accomplished this, you will be presented with a voucher from GameStop. The voucher will have a unique 20-digit code that will expire on Dec. 31, 2014. The offer is limited to one per person and residents of the United States. The GameStop promotion will expire at the end of Thursday or while supplies last.
