Change your Windows icons with IconPackager 3.1. IconPackager is a program that enables users to change nearly all icons on Windows at once by applying packages. It incorporates into the Windows shell itself to add new icon changing functionality to Windows itself! There are hundreds of existing icon packages available to choose from.
