Bug fix ISOL2000 - Outlook 2000 may crash when closing, resulting duplicates in top menu.
For those who encountered this problem, you can reset the menu by doing Tools > Customize > select the Toolbar tab > select Menu Bar in the list > click Reset. This will remove the duplicates in the menu. You will need to restart Outlook to reload the menu.
