Independent Games Festival Submissions Open

The seventh annual Independent Games Festival is now accepting submissions from amateur game developers, the event's organizers lately announced. Creators looking to send in their games for consideration can check out the official site for full details.

Submissions for the Festival's competition will be accepted over the coming year, with the winners announced at the Game Developers Conference next March. More than $40,000 worth of prizes are up for grabs, including the chance to have a game displayed to the development community at the Conference, and special awards will be given in technical, visual, audio, and design categories.
