Instagram finally coming to Windows Phone?

It looks like the super popular photo sharing and editing app Instagram is finally coming to Windows Phone devices. The app, already available for iOS and Android, which was purchased by Facebook for $1 billion, is expected to come to the platform according to sources talking to The Verge.

Nokia also posted this video to its YouTube channel last week, which shows off the display technology that is used in such devices as the newly announced Lumia 920 smartphone. The video seems to show a look at the live tile for Instagram for Windows Phone at 0:51, however The Verge also notes that this could be the Vimeo app. Nevertheless, they say they have confirmed separately that Instagram will be coming to Windows Phone. No word as of yet when the app will be available, or if the app will run on all Windows Phone devices or be a Windows Phone 8 exclusive.
