Intel Nocona to come in at 603, 604 pins

A COUPLE OF PAGES up on the world wide web appear to be showing information that suggests Intel's 64/32 bit Nocona server chip will come in both 603 and 604 pin versions. The pages also show pictures of Nocona thermal and power validation vehicles. And illustrated are some pics of the bright and shiny new sockets.

There are also some bright and shiny illustrations of the now famous BTX boards and LGA 775. These products are expected to make the grade in the second quarter of this year.
