You can use the LAME executable with RazorLAME interface or you can use the DLL with another program (AudioGrabber, CDEx etc). Some people prefer the combination CDEx or AudioGrebber + LAME DLL. The .exe and .dll are both included in the archive.
Changes from 3.96 Beta2 to 3.96 Final:
- new quantization selection mode (used in ABR/CBR)
- set sfscale for ABR/CBR up to 160kbps
